If the "cocaine illegal trade"exists "world-wide-Global"; why is violence & terrorism hitting only on Mexico?

The problem is that Mexico, and many other countries, do not have the man power to fight the criminals. Also, in Mexico's case, the drug cartels have grown so much, that I'm pretty sure they out-number law enforcement.
