Banish tinnitus! Does it work?

Have had tinnitus for 18 years ever since I was 13 years old. No cause that I can think of just bad luck. Have tried all the usual suspects but need to know before I put out more money if this 3 step plan really works. Please only answer if you have tired it and it worked completely or even a little bit or tried it and it didn't work. I can't afford to dole out yet more money on a hack treatment so need serious answers only please.
