It could be too late, however, people improve at different rates during different times in their lives. You never know, you might work your **** of and become really good, or you might not make it..if you don't make it, it's not the end of the world. You might still get the chance to play at a semi-professional level. Just keep working hard and if by the age of 20 you haven't got anywhere then it might be over. Just take your chances if they come along.
