Spotted for one hour.am i pregnant?

Be for i get my period i always have gas and cramp.I got up cause i had to make bal movement.when i cleaned myself i saw pink blood so i though i was come on my period. That cool cause im use to that.So put on a tampon latter i change it and it was still light pink but it was a very small spot from when i put it on.So i put another one on just in case.Latter on i check again nothing.Now every time i make a bal movement(not urine) and clean myself i see it not allot but its there.I have been having mood swings and head aces.Took a PG it was NEG.Am i PG
