Does he like me at all??

this happened in the hall once i left mii best frend... the kid i like asked her if i liked him.....then she answered him "no" which was ok cuz i dont want him to know anyway....soo then he asked her if she was lying and she said "no" again......then she asked him why do u like her??(he paused for awhile) he sed maybe.....and she asked him again why do u wanna know? do u like her or not?? then since she kept sayin that i didnt like him(which i do) he answered "the same thing she sed"....soo i dont know if he sed no bcuz he didnt want mii frend to tell me that he does or if he just sed no bcuz he thinks thati dont like him....i need sum help...
