My dog, a Schnauzer mix, one day after coming from the groomer won't walk on her right rear leg.?

She holds her right leg up walking on three legs. She lets me move it and touch it without any signs of pain or discomfort. I don't see any sores or slivers. Any ideas what this could be? Something the groomer did?
