My truck got stuck in a field and the police came i got a dui.I was away from the truck.50ft.do i have a chanc?

My friend who was sober was driving my truck and I egged him on to do doughnuts in a field.He did not want to do it but I persisted.We got stuck.We were about 50ft.away from the truck and near the road when the police came.I told them it was my truck and that I drove.I was intoxicated and obviously not thinking clearly.(IDIOTIC)!! All I could think about was not letting my friend get in trouble.I took the field tests but refused the breathalizer and went to jail.It is my first offense and I have no criminal record.I am oblivious to this situation and need some feedback on my chances of getting out of this.Remember I wasnt driving and was no where near the truck when they came.The police never asked my friend for an I.D. and only asked him if he could get home..
