Why exactly did Pras (from the Fugees) and other East Coast rappers/figures have beef with Jeru the Damaja?

Jeru is a phony prophet. He raps all this prophetical rap lyrics but he's the total opposite. Obviously everyone found out how he was. After he performed in Germany he came backstage and was asking where was all the weed and all the hoes where. Jeru was a phony and yes he had a couple of good tracks but that's about it. He had a thing,he wanted to expose other rappers lifestyles. He tried to make it seem like every rapper was materialistic and garbage. This dude cannot even finish a show...
