and pregnancy...........?

My husband still wants , ( I'm 30 weeks ) and I don't know how he still even finds me attractive, I look like a hippo and I'm really just not into the idea, I feel icky! He's been really patient with me, I've been a horrible pregnant woman but now he's getting frustrated. What do I do?
