What would the height be of a person who had a wound 14 cm. below the mastoid process and 14 cm. to the left o?

Obviously some may recognise where this measurement comes from but if this is a problem that can be worked out with just those measurements then please base it on accurate workings not on the person it was taken from. And include a formula please.
