Why blow up an entire health care system most people like, is there an ulterior motive here?

The ulterior motive is - they need money. They always need money, and they always need more. We are paying for a service that is many years down the road. Why? Social Sec. is out of money and instead of cutting pet projects, they create a pretend solution for a pretend problem so that they can use that money for something else. THEN, when the time comes, that money they've been collecting for health care will be gone too. Then they'll have to think of something else we have to have fixed to replace the health care money.
