I have a high level of ALT in my blood i.e 191. what does it means..?

i am 23 years old and i have the digestion problem. doctor suggest me take LFT test and after the report i got the result as ALT level is 191 AST level is 29 Alk phosphate is 23. what type of liver infection is caused by these abnormality in the ranges. is it serious liver disease or not... please show me the clear picture of my disease... what type of disese it is? Hepatitis or Not?
