1st of let me say i have been trying astral projection for a while now and last night i?

started feeling the sensation that someone was touch the right side of my face. It felt almost like a pressure. Then i felt it on my chin. By then i didnt know what it was so i opened my eyes and got up. Was cosmic energy or anything to do with astral projection happening? I practice meditation religiously. Best answer 10 points. Only comment if u may know what was going on. =)
