Male relative acted inappropriatly!pppppppppllllll… answer?

I am grown up now.Once when I was 9 a male relative put his tongue in my mouth when he was kissing me,in what should have been a normal way,it was just for a second,but he put it right in,obviously this person was an adult,after he smiled at me,it was deliberate.There was a few other things I thought a little inappropriate,what does anyone else think?Would this bother you,if a close male relative did that?
