Recipe for Kelsey's Apple Crumble dessert?

From the Kelsey's restaurant menu: "sliced apples tossed with brown sugar, honey and cinnamon, topped with a ery oatmeal crust. Oven-baked and served warm in a pool of vanilla sauce and vanilla ice cream topped with warm caramel sauce"...does anyone have a recipe for this or for another Apple Crumble using similar ingredients?
