A question for all the writers out there...?

I have been a writer for a couple years now and have dozens of notebooks for every kind of thing imaginable (I fill them up too.) I just want to know what is in other writer's notebooks. I don't mean diaries with a lock and key. I mean a 98 cent notebook that you fill with your own original work.
