How do I pay for formula for twins without government WIC?

i'm no wic expert..i know one thing..formula is expensive and if i were having twins and i couldn't afford to feed them formula i would be putting to proud to beg on the back burner and be at that wic office first thing in the morning when it comes to feeding my kids.
