Does anyone have experience with this particular homeschool umbrella program or can recommend a good one?

Personally, I'd skip the umbrella school and send in a "letter of intent" to the school district. The record keeping isn't that hard and then you have total control over the records and requirements and such. Then you decide when your child's ready for graduation and no one else can tell you that you have additional requirements to meet.
